My name is Julia and I teach yoga in East Molesey Surrey. I am passionate about yoga and sharing the physical and mental health benefits of yoga with students of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. Yoga has been a daily part of my life for the past 12 years. I trained as a teacher with yoga London doing a 200 hour course which is accredited by the international yoga alliance.
I teach a v... inyasa flow style yoga which brings about relaxation by introducing mindful movement. My classes also improve flexibility, mobility, posture and increase strength in the body.
